Do I need to create an account to complete the courses?

No. You can freely browse the courses and their content without an account or logging in.

What are the benefits of creating a user account?

We recommend creating a user account and completing the courses while logged in.

When logged in, you can see the courses you have started and return to the point where you left off last time. Once you have completed the entire course while logged in, you can download a diploma for the course you have completed. Completed courses will be saved in your personal information.

You should register as a user and complete the course while logged in if:

• You want to perform courses in shorter sections.
• You want your progress and completions to be saved.
• You want to download diplomas for course completion.

How do I create an account and log in?

• Click Log in at the top right corner of the page.
• Create a username and a password. We also ask for your name and email address for the account.
• You will receive an email with a link to activate your account.
• After that, you can log in to Tukes Kampus on the Log in page using your username and password.
  

How can I complete the training while logged in to get my diploma?

You can download a diploma once you have completed the course and its tasks and filled in the feedback survey while logged in.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to Tukes Kampus with your username and password.
2. Before starting the course, add yourself as a student by clicking the Add me to this course button in the course’s top menu.
3. When you have completed the course, close the course window.
4. You will return to the course start page. Click the Feedback survey button and complete the survey.
5. After completing the survey, click Back to the course home page.
6. Now you will find the Diploma button on the course start page. By clicking it, you can download your diploma.
   

Please note that not all courses offer a diploma.

Why am I unable to download the diploma?

If you are unable to download the diploma, first make sure you have added yourself as a participant in the course (see the previous question). If you have not added yourself as a student, unfortunately you will need to do so first and then complete the course tasks again to be able to download the diploma.

If downloading the diploma still doesn’t work, please contact us at kampus@tukes.fi.
Please note that not all courses offer a diploma.

Where can I find information about the courses I have started and completed?

You can find details of the courses you have started and completed in the My Courses section in the top menu.

Your courses will be saved in My Courses when you follow these steps:

1. First, log in to Tukes Kampus with your username and password.
2. Find the course you want to carry out and click to open it.
3. Add yourself as a student by clicking the Add me to this course button located in the menu below the course name.
4. After that, you can start the course and finish whenever you want. Your progress will be saved. When you reopen the course you started, you will return to the point where you left off last time.
